<2022 GKS Alumni Invitation Program>

The Korean Education Center in Malaysia (The Embassy of the Republic of Korea) is pleased to announce that The 2022 GKS Alumni Invitation Program is now open for application.

Please read the details below and download the attachment for application.

○ Program Period: November 27 ~ December 4, 2022 (8 days and 7 nights) 

○ Number of Participants: 20 GKS alumni from around the world

○ Eligibility: An Alumni who has returned from Korea more than 3 years ago.

○ How to Apply: Submit the following documents to the Korean Education Center in Malaysia.

1) Application Form 2) Pledge 3) Passport Copy (photo page)

○ Deadline: 30th September 2022, 17:00 PM

※The submission can be made via email to kecmys2020@gmail.com.

○ Program Details (Subject to change): workshops, industry visits, cultural activities, self-planned visits, etc. 

○ Benefits:

An economy class round-trip air ticket 

※Participants will need to buy an air ticket for him/herself and later get reimbursed based on the pertinent receipt upon arrival in Seoul.

※When transit is necessary, purchasing the ticket itinerary with the shortest route, minimum price and time is needed in order to get reimbursed.

-     Expenses related to the program including accommodation, meals and daily activity fees.

Attention!  Participants must bear the following costs by themselves: the transportation expenses incurred in the invitee’s country, visa application fees, and all other personal expenses not related to the invitation program.
