The Korean Education Center in Malaysia would like to share information on an esteemed scholarship program available to international students who have completed or will complete their undergraduate studies by August 2023.

The scholarship is offered to study at the Gyeongsang National University (GNU). Please read the information below and download the attachment if you are interested in the scholarship.

The Future Global Leaders Program (FGLP) offers 15 scholarships to qualified applicants from non-OECD countries. The scholarship offers approximately $27,000 for two years of study in Master's programs at GNU. Upon graduation, scholars may have opportunities to pursue Ph.D. programs or commence their careers in Korea.

To be eligible for the FGLP scholarship, applicants must meet specific admission requirements. These include demonstrating English proficiency by presenting valid scores on recognized language tests such as TOEFL (PBT 530, CBT 197, iBT 71), IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2, TEPS 600 (New TEPS 327), or providing a document issued by their home university as proof of English proficiency if the applicant holds the nationality of a country that uses English as their mother tongue or official language. 

The application period: February 27 to March 17, 2023.
