Korean Education Centre in Malaysia (The Embassy of the Republic of Korea) is pleased to announce that 

2022 Korean Government Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Degrees (GKS-U) is now open for application.

1. Selection schedule:

   □ Submission deadline: Wednesday 6th October 2021, by 17:00 to the KOREAN EDUCATION CENTRE(KEC)* (by hand or post)

   * KEC: 6th Floor, Menara Hap Seng, Letter Box 66, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

※Any application that arrive after deadline will be rejected.

   □ Result of document screening: 15th October 2021

   □ Interview: 18th ~ 21st October 2021 (TBC)

   □ Result of 1st round: 22nd October 2021

   □ Selection of 2nd round (NIIED): Late November (TBC)

   □ Selection of 3rd round (Respective Universities): by 17th December 2021 (TBC)

   □ PLEASE READ THE 2022 GKS-U APPLICATION GUIDELINE AND GKS-U FAQ THROUGHLY TO PREVENT YOUR APPLICATION TO BE REJECTED.

   □ Please send full scores/grades of your academia years accordingly.

※Application who fail to fill in Score percentile[FORM 1] will be rejected.

   □ Required document: One original document(placed in a separate envelope) and 3 extra photocopies.

※All the documents required should be properly notarized in Korean or English, we do not accept any documents notarized in Malay Language

※For those who pass the 1st round: Document screening should get consular-authenticated for all documents.

   □ The applicant must choose university under Embassy track.

※Applicant who choose university which is not list under the available universities under Embassy track will be rejected.
