Eligibility:

* Master's degree

- The applicant must have completed regular primary, secondary, and higher education, equivalent to Grades 1 to 12 and Bachelor's in the Korean education system, either in Korea or overseas by August 2024

*Doctoral degree

- The applicant must have completed regular primary, secondary, and higher education, equivalent to Grades 1 to 12 and Bachelor's and master's in the Korean education system, either in Korea or overseas by August 2024
